This is a policy change from the President of Integrative Research. The purpose of this update is to make clear the statement "If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased on this site you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund." We have had some "users" attempt to return empty bottles for a refund. It is the product that is guaranteed, not the bottle it comes in. Of course we will replaced any product damaged in shipment upon return to us and we have no issue with a refund for customers who are unsatisfied our product, however, we will not refund any order of a customer who ships us back an empty bottle stating that the product did not work. This type of fraudulent actively will not be tolerated and no refund will be allowed.
Further, the returned order must be post-marked at, or before 30 days after the order date.
