500mg - 360 Capsules. Typical probiotic formulas contain competing strains of bacteria. These strains can be cannibalistic or fight for the same food sources. Simply adding more strains of bacteria to a probiotic does not necessarily make it more effective and in some cases can actually have the reverse effect.
