A wise man once said "there are only two things for certian death and taxes" however, he was wrong, there are actaully three things; death, taxes and last but not least; stress.
Stress comes in all forms, from everyday life the the biological factors that stress our immune system, which can lead to adverse health conditions. Our immune system is what suffers most from stress, not only physical, but psychological stress can also inhibit different aspects of the cellular immune response[1].
